Snip off the tip of the Cream Color Developer applicator. Pour all of the Ammonia-Free Colorant into the Cream Color Developer bottle. To preview your new color, snip a small swatch of hair (1/4 inch). Apply the test mixture, making sure that each hair strand is completely covered. After 25 minutes, rinse thoroughly and dry to see results. Part hair into sections, securing each with a clip. Using the applicator tip, make 1/4 inch partings throughout the section and apply the mixer to the root area. Repeat on remaining sections. Comb or gently work remaining mixture through remainder of the hair, saturating strands completely through to the tip. Leave on hair for 25 minutes total. For resistant gray hair, leave on for an additional 5 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water until the water runs clear.
