1. Prepare hair by shampooing and towel-drying. 2. Apply the color evenly to dry hair, starting from the roots and working down to the ends. 3. Let the color process for 25 minutes at room temperature (or less for freshly relaxed hair). 4. For better results, place a plastic cap over your hair, sit under a warm hair dryer for 10 minutes, then allow your hair to cool for 5 minutes. 5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 6. Shampoo and condition as usual. 7. Avoid washing hair for at least 24 hours after coloring to allow the color to set.
