Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy

1. Fulfillment estimates

Products are offered through Esencia Mundial buying Programs. The applicable product or Program page shows the estimated preparation period and any minimum order or case-pack requirement available before purchase.

Preparation time begins after the order and payment or required shipping quote are confirmed. It is separate from the carrier transit time.

2. Shipping methods and charges

Available methods depend on the products, buying Program, order size, and destination. Shipping charges and available options are shown at checkout or confirmed with you before payment.

3. Freight and additional carrier services

LTL and other freight orders may require shipping review. When review is required, Esencia Mundial confirms the freight quote before collecting payment.

Standard mandatory transportation legs are included in the confirmed charge. Redelivery, storage, address corrections, limited-access service, or other services requested or caused after confirmation may result in additional carrier charges.

4. Tracking, delivery, and addresses

When tracking is available, it is provided after the shipment is released to the carrier. Transit dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside Esencia Mundial control.

The buyer must provide a complete, accurate, and serviceable delivery address and any required receiving details before shipment.

5. International buyers and freight forwarders

Esencia Mundial ships orders only to the confirmed delivery address in the United States. International buyers must arrange onward transportation through their own freight forwarder/3PL or a provider from our referral network.

The buyer contracts with and is responsible for the freight forwarder. Esencia Mundial's delivery responsibility ends when the order is delivered to the confirmed U.S. freight-forwarder address. International freight, insurance, export and import clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, and destination-country compliance are not included and remain the buyer's responsibility.

6. Miami pickup

Customer pickup may be available at the Miami Operations Hub after Esencia Mundial confirms that the order is ready. Do not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation. This location does not accept returns.
